The above measurement method is an internal method by referring to the Specifications for Determination of Butadiene-Acrylonitrile Latex (GB/T 25260.2-2018).

Use recommendations

This product is applicable to the production of high-quality butadiene-acrylonitrile latex gloves. There are no special requirements in use of this product. With excellent stability, this product conforms to processing requirements of most butadiene-acrylonitrile latex gloves manufacturers.

We recommend that manufacturers produce butadiene-acrylonitrile latex gloves with this product, because it helps gloves achieve excellent performance and performs well in terms of tension strength and elongation at break. Through proper preparation, this product can meet the production need of ultra-thin gloves. This product is especially suitable for production of nitrile gloves with dual-solvent dipped latex, because this latex performs well in terms of low syneresis. In addition, our technical service team will provide you with guidance and helps for using latex.

Transportation and storage

It is suggested that this product should be transported by highway tank cars, plastic buckets, barrel containers and large flexitanks. It is suggested that this product should be stored at +5℃–+35℃, and ultra-low ambient temperature and direct exposure to sunlight should be avoided. In storage, it must be guaranteed that the containers are properly sealed. During processing, storage and transportation of this product, it must be avoided latex contacts with corroded metal.

If storage conditions meet the above requirements and hygienic management of operators and on the site is performed properly, we can guarantee that the performance of our butadiene-acrylonitrile latex will keep steady for 6 months as of the manufacturing date.
