Butadiene styrene latex use
The rubber treatment agent is a treatment agent for enhancing adhesion between rubber and pressure-sensitive adhesive paper. This treatment agent is mainly used in natural rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, polyurethane rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber and other rubber materials.
After using the rubber treatment agent, the rubber surface will be improved, thereby enhancing its adhesion to pressure-sensitive adhesive paper such as double-sided tape. The use of this treatment agent usually includes the following steps:
1. The rubber treatment agent is added to the solvent according to a certain ratio to make it fully dissolved.
2. The dissolved rubber treatment agent solution is coated on the surface of the rubber to be bonded, generally coated one to two times, and then placed at room temperature to dry for several minutes.
3. After the rubber surface is completely dry, the pressure-sensitive adhesive paper such as double-sided adhesive can be bonded to the rubber product, and the adhesive contact surface can be pressed with appropriate force.
4. After being placed for about 2 hours, the two can be glued as a whole, and the practical strength reaches the highest point after 24 hours, and the process is basically completed.
Please note that when using the rubber treatment agent, you should follow the instructions in the manual to avoid misuse or excessive use. At the same time, pay attention to safety during operation and avoid direct contact with skin or inhalation of harmful gases.
Rubber treatment agent is a surface primer treatment agent for natural rubber, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, polyurethane rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber and other rubbers. After treatment, the rubber can be well bonded with pressure-sensitive adhesive such as double-sided adhesive.
