　　First Public Announcement of Environmental Impact Assessment

　　In accordance with the requirements of the "Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry Order No. 4) and the "Announcement on the Release of Supporting Documents for the " (Announcement No. 48 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, 2018), the public participation information of the environmental impact assessment of the 20,000-ton/year latex technical transformation project of Shandong Tianshuo Rubber Co., Ltd. is hereby announced to the public in the potentially affected areas, so that they may understand the project construction situation. Through this announcement, we aim to understand the public's attitude and suggestions towards the project and accept public supervision.

　　I. Project Name and Summary

　　Project Name: Shandong Tianshuo Rubber Co., Ltd.'s 20,000-ton/year latex technical transformation project

　　Construction Location: Within the existing factory area of Shandong Tianshuo Rubber Co., Ltd., Maqiao Town Industrial Park, Hantang County, Zibo City, Shandong Province

　　Construction Content: The project does not require additional land. To meet customer requirements for product quality and improve production efficiency, the production time for each product batch will be shortened appropriately. One pre-mixing kettle will be adjusted to a polymerization kettle. One degassing kettle and one heater, among other domestically produced equipment (5 sets in total), will be added to the southwest side of the original plant. Vacuum operation will be added to the oil phase kettle for each product, and the exhaust gas will be discharged into the RTO system. After completion, the project will add 10,500 tons of butyl rubber latex annually, bringing the total latex production capacity to 30,500 tons/year.
