Characteristics of butyl pyridine latex
Butadiene latex is a synthetic rubber emulsion, also known as NBR-PVC emulsion. It is made of butadiene, acrylonitrile and styrene copolymer, while adding polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, with excellent oil resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance. Butylpyrene latex is widely used in automotive, machinery, construction, medical and other fields of seals, pipes, gloves, tape and other products.
The characteristics of butyl rubber latex include:
1. Good oil resistance: butyl latex has excellent oil resistance and can be used for a long time in oil, grease and petrochemical products.
2. Good abrasion resistance: Butylpyrene latex has good abrasion resistance and can be used under high pressure, high temperature and high speed conditions.
3. Good heat resistance: Butylpyrene latex can be used in high temperature environment, and its heat resistance is better than ordinary natural rubber and butyl rubber.
4. Good ozone resistance: Butylpyrene latex has good ozone resistance and can be used in ozone-containing environments.
5. Good chemical resistance: Butylpyrene latex can withstand the erosion of many chemical substances, such as acid, alkali, solvent, grease, etc.
It should be noted that butyl pyridine latex needs to avoid contact with chemicals such as strong oxidants and strong acids during use, so as not to affect its performance. In addition, the temperature and pH value of butyl pyridine latex need to be controlled during processing to ensure the stability and quality of the emulsion.
